The hotel was impressively clean, and my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and well-maintained. I loved the cozy atmosphere enhanced by the friendly staff and well-kept facilities. The breakfast spread featured hot options like eggs and bacon. A wafflemaker for that perfect waffle!

The warm pool was enjoyable after a long day, but the fitness room was small and could use more equipment. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order, making it a challenge hauling our bags up three flights of stairs. Also, some areas, like the breakfast room, needed better cleaning as we noticed dirty tables and countertops. The staff seemed stretched thin. it took a while to get assistance during check-in, which could improve. Despite the hiccups, I appreciated the warm hospitality shown by the staff. Just a few tweaks could enhance the overall experience significantly.

Everything was first-rate.

We had a nice stay with our 2 kids. The kids loved the warm pool and we appreciated the hot breakfast—a treat with eggs, bacon, and waffles. The nearby Richland County Fairgrounds were great for some family fun too!

My wife says that the towels were only enough for three people.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, with comfy beds and strong shower pressure. however, the towels were old and stained, which was disappointing. I would come back again!
